Job Overview:
We're building a mega agency — and we need a Sales Leader who's ready to help us get there.
This isn't a babysitting role. We're the Foreman Agency, an Allstate agency on a mission to scale to a mega agency over the next five years. We're looking for a proven insurance sales professional who can produce and lead — someone who closes their own book while coaching a team of high-performers to do the same.
If you're a top producer who's ready to step into leadership, or a sales manager who still loves being in the game, this is your opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up.
What You'll Experience at Foreman Agency:
  • Daily Team Training to sharpen your skills and build confidence
  • High-Quality Leads Provided
  • A growth roadmap with clear milestones and advancement tied to agency performance
  • A competitive, collaborative, remote-first environment where results are celebrated
What Makes This Opportunity Great?
  • Unmatched Compensation Packages: Competitive base pay + industry-leading commissions + performance bonuses.
  • Real Leadership Impact: You'll build and develop the sales team that drives our mega agency vision
  • Autonomy with Support: You'll own the sales process, lead management system, and team playbook — with full agency backing
  • Long-Term Career Path: As we scale, leadership stakes grow. We're building future leaders now.
  • Growth and Upward Mobility: Management potential depending on performance!
What We're Looking For:
  • A natural leader who produces and develops others — not one or the other
  • A coach who gives direct feedback, holds people accountable, and celebrates wins
  • A data-driven operator comfortable with CRMs, activity tracking, and sales metrics
  • A self-starter who thrives in a remote environment without needing hand-holding
  • Someone who sees this role as a career-defining opportunity, not just a job
  • Someone interested in long-term career growth and future agency leadership opportunities
Requirements:
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license in Georgia, or ability to obtain a non-resident Georgia license
  • Minimum 3 years of P/C insurance sales with a proven track record of consistently writing $60,000+ in monthly premium
  • Prior experience managing, coaching, or mentoring a sales team (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Allstate products, systems, and carrier guidelines strongly preferred
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, insurance quoting platforms, and remote work tools
Responsibilities:
  • Meet daily and monthly sales targets by engaging leads, generating quotes, and closing policies
  • Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and generate referrals
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to identify cross-selling and win-back opportunities

This is a remote position.
