Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication management plans.
  • Document patient progress promptly and in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards, ensuring compliance is maintained.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools and interventions as directed by the clinical team to provide the most effective care possible.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing the overall care of our clients.
  • Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining the highest standards of practice.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, ensuring comprehensive support and resources are made available.
  • Foster open communication within the organization and with external partners to ensure contract compliance and promote Together Counseling Services’ mission.
  • Build relationships with organizations at local, state, and federal levels to identify potential partnerships and secure funding opportunities that enhance program offerings.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending conferences and workshops, and represent the agency in community outreach efforts and statewide meetings.
  • Promote and embody the agency’s mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions and responsibilities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success of our services.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Together Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including those recovering from substance use disorders, individuals with developmental disabilities, and those adapting to life changes due to acquired brain injuries. Qualifications
