How will you make an impact?

  • Lead the business development activities from concept to production.
  • Act as the liaison between the customer and all internal partners (Production, Purchasing, Applications, etc.) to ensure on-time and quality metrics are being achieved.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business development.
  • Develop the sales forecast and plans and provide updates regularly.

What qualifications and skills will make you succeed in this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related discipline.
  • 7+ years' experience working as Business Development, Sales, Technical Sales, Product Manager, or Subject Matter Expert in sensors, technology hardware, robotics, or solution area.
  • Strong connection with major integrator/partner in the area, able to introduce the new technology to the field and partner with the major players.
  • Understand intelligent sensors, smart hardware, and solution market well, have clear plans on GTM strategy and business plan.
  • Good knowledge of existing technologies and products in the field, understand the customer's pain point and how to resolve them with alternative solutions.
  • Strong communication skill and customer facing skill, ability to manage the customer programs and drive customer success.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability of driving results and closing deals.
