Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments and evaluations for a diverse caseload of clients, identifying their psychological needs and creating tailored treatment plans.
  • Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to guide clients toward meaningful progress.
  • Develop and document treatment logs and progress notes that outline each clientโ€™s journey, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and compliance with state regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients and their families to develop effective resolution strategies, adjusting care plans as necessary to meet changing needs.
  • Address crisis situations with confidence and expertise, providing immediate therapeutic interventions to ensure client safety and stability.
  • Engage in continuous clinical supervision and professional development, enhancing skills to provide the highest standard of care.
  • Implement educational programs for clients and families to foster understanding and support for mental health challenges.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and face a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship dynamics. Your role as a therapist is not only to provide treatment but also to empower clients by instilling hope and support as they navigate their personal journeys toward mental wellness.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is essential.
  • Licensure as a mental health professional is required, specifically as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting is mandatory.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing telehealth services is preferred, as the role is structured within a remote environment.
