• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings of clients to accurately evaluate their mental health concerns and formulate individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to the specific needs and backgrounds of clients, ensuring personalized attention for optimal outcomes.
• Engage in case management, coordinating care by collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated support that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.
• Maintain thorough and confidential records, adhering to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards to ensure that clients' privacy is respected and upheld.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families to foster understanding of mental health issues, empowering them to participate actively in the recovery process.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, and adults managing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. • You must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or possess a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required, while a master’s or doctoral degree is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in mental health counseling, supported by specialized training or relevant practical experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team environment.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing mental health counseling or therapy.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, particularly evidence-based practices that support diverse mental health issues.
• Experience working in a community health clinic setting is a plus.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on your qualifications and experience.
