Your daily responsibilities will encompass crucial tasks designed to foster client healing and growth:

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans; apply your insights to modify interventions as needed based on client progress.
• Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships, which are critical to promoting trust, collaboration, and meaningful change in clients’ lives.
• Emphasize confidentiality while adhering to ethical guidelines and legal mandates in all client interactions.

This role is dedicated to working with a diverse clientele at various emotional and psychological stages. You will support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma, working collaboratively to guide their journeys toward healing and self-discovery.

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience, preferably within a private practice or community health setting.
