Content Marketing & Growth Intern

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Schedule: 10-15 Hours Per Week

Compensation: $15-$20/hour + Performance Incentives

This is not a traditional internship designed to teach someone how to create content.

We're looking for someone who already has content creation skills and wants to learn how to leverage those skills to help organizations grow, expand their impact, and connect more people with the services and support they need.

HCO Behavioral Health Services and Elevate Counseling Group help children, adults, couples, and families access quality mental health care and support.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Content Marketing & Growth Intern who wants hands-on experience helping build a growing mental health brand while learning the business side of marketing, community engagement, lead generation, and growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Content Creation & Distribution

  • Create and edit short-form video content
  • Design and publish social media content
  • Repurpose educational content across multiple platforms
