Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client's unique needs and formulate tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address clients' mental health challenges effectively.
• Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation while adhering to confidentiality standards set forth by HIPAA and other regulatory bodies. This ensures our commitment to ethical practices and protects patient information.
• Collaborate continuously with a dedicated treatment team to provide holistic care, leveraging collective expertise to enhance treatment outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
