Work From Home | Seasonal Assignment | Full Time

The Opportunity

We are hiring licensed insurance professionals to assist Medicare customers during the Annual Enrollment Period.

This role is centered around customer communication and enrollment support. You will speak with customers by phone and chat, explain available Medicare coverage, and help them understand their options.

What You Can Expect

Employment Type: Seasonal Contract

Work Environment: Fully Remote

Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday

Required Availability: 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM EST

Training Period: 5 Weeks

Training Schedule: 4 Weeks Classroom Training followed by 1 Week Nesting


Your Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing incoming customer inquiries
  • Assisting customers through phone and chat
  • Discussing Medicare benefits and coverage information
  • Providing guidance regarding available plan options
  • Supporting customers during the enrollment process
  • Recording customer interactions accurately
  • Maintaining required service and compliance standards
  • Meeting established performance expectations

What We Are Looking For

This opportunity requires:

  1. Active Resident Health Insurance License
  2. License validity through December 8, 2027
  3. Resident license must correspond with the applicants current state of residence
  4. At least 1 year of customer service experience
  5. Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher
  6. Basic Windows computer skills
  7. High School Diploma or equivalent
  8. Availability to work full time Monday through Saturday
  9. Medicare, AEP, or insurance sales experience will be considered an advantage.

Because the position is performed from home, applicants must have a professional and quiet workspace.

Internet service through satellite providers or mobile hotspots cannot be used. VPN and peer to peer network connections are also not permitted.

Training Before Production

All selected candidates will participate in a structured five week training program.

The first four weeks focus on classroom instruction.

The final week provides nesting experience to help prepare candidates for regular customer interactions.
