Responsibilities
Perform high-quality X-ray imaging while ensuring patient safety protocols.
Operate and maintain radiography equipment, conducting routine calibration checks.
Adhere to radiation safety standards and minimize exposure to patients and staff.
Meet or exceed daily imaging targets and contribute to pipeline-based planning.
Verify patient information, prepare assessment records, and document imaging results.
Collaborate with radiologists and clinicians to determine optimal imaging protocols.
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of patient data and records.
Deliver timely reports and communicate results clearly to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in workflow and patient flow.
Uphold company values of merit-based advancement through consistent performance.
Participate in on-site training and professional development activities.
Maintain accurate inventory of radiography supplies and coordinate replenishments.
Experience/Qualifications
Certified radiologic technologist with valid X-ray license in the applicable region.
Proven ability to perform high-quality X-ray imaging with patient safety emphasis.
Strong adherence to radiation safety standards to minimize exposure.
Strong data privacy practices and secure handling of patient records.
Experience operating and maintaining radiography equipment, including calibration checks.
Ability to meet daily imaging targets and participate in pipeline-based planning.
Collaborative mindset to work with radiologists and clinicians on imaging protocols.
Accurate verification of patient information and precise documentation of imaging results.
Clear communication of results to stakeholders with timely reporting.
Identify workflow improvements to enhance patient flow and efficiency.
Willingness to participate in on-site training and continuous education.
Accurate inventory management of radiography supplies and timely replenishments.
Demonstrated merit-based work ethic and readiness for professional development.
