Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced IAM IT Analyst to support enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) transformation initiatives within a highly regulated environment. This role is ideal for a senior analyst with deep expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), application onboarding, access provisioning, compliance, and IAM operations.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with IAM teams, business stakeholders, application owners, and technical teams to gather onboarding requirements, perform data analysis, validate testing, and ensure applications are integrated into IAM governance processes effectively and securely.
This position offers the opportunity to work on large-scale IAM modernization initiatives involving SailPoint, Saviynt, access governance, provisioning workflows, privileged access management, and identity lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with IAM teams, business units, and application owners to gather and document application onboarding requirements for Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms
  • Support IAM transformation initiatives focused on access provisioning, access certification, identity lifecycle management, and privileged access management (PAM)
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical IAM solutions
  • Conduct complex data analysis across systems including ServiceNow, Active Directory (AD), LDAP, RACF, HR systems, and enterprise applications
  • Develop business test cases, test scripts, and perform validation testing to ensure successful IAM integrations and onboarding
  • Analyze workflows, controls, operational processes, and governance requirements related to IAM services
  • Ensure IAM governance structures align with organizational policies, compliance standards, and security controls
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IAM operational processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform trend analysis, benchmarking, KPI monitoring, and reporting to identify risks and improve IAM service performance
  • Present findings, recommendations, and process improvements to technical and business stakeholders
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between IAM engineering teams, compliance teams, and business stakeholders
  • Support remediation efforts related to access governance, segregation of duties, and authorization reviews
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to IAM best practices and governance standards
Required Skills/Education:
  • 8+ years of experience in Information Systems Analysis, IAM business analysis, data analytics, or application onboarding for Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms
  • Strong hands-on experience with IGA solutions such as SailPoint or Saviynt
  • Extensive experience supporting IAM governance, access management, provisioning, access certification, and identity lifecycle management initiatives
  • Experience gathering requirements and supporting onboarding of enterprise applications into IAM platforms
  • Strong understanding of IAM controls, compliance, governance frameworks, and security best practices
  • Experience working with enterprise directories and identity repositories including Active Directory (AD), LDAP, and RACF
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as financial services, banking, or enterprise-scale environments preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, technical teams, and business stakeholders
  • Advanced documentation, process mapping, and requirements gathering skills
  • Experience with ServiceNow and enterprise workflow management tools preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered
  • Strong organizational, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting IAM transformation or modernization programs
  • Knowledge of privileged access management (PAM) solutions and governance models
  • Familiarity with IAM compliance requirements, audit support, and access recertification processes
  • Experience working within Agile or enterprise-scale project delivery environments
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CIAM, or SailPoint certifications are a plus
