IT Risk and Compliance (IT R&C) is an enterprise function that provides services to reduce IT, regulatory, and compliance risks. The Governance Technology and Enablement team (GTE) supports the IT R&C organization with their technology and automation requirements, focused on ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management.GTE has animplementationfocusonimplementing and configuring the ServiceNow IRM module to meet business needs of TJX while connecting dataintegrationsand reporting capabilities.

In this position,you'llplay a key role in building and evolving the Engineering foundation that powers ourSAFe-based AgileScrum Teams.You'll:

  • Lead ourGovernance Technology and Enablement (GTE)teamsand collaborate across all our engineeringscrumteams, developers, and enterprise shared services

  • Mentor and grow engineeringassociates, fostering a pipeline of future technical and people leaders.

  • Drive engineering excellence& continuous improvement, foster innovation, and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Serve as a key decision-maker in architectural reviews, technical governance, and engineering standards.

  • Ensure operational excellence and accountability for product health anddeliverymetrics.

  • Establish and enforce platform governancestandardswhilereducing technical debt to ensure ascalable, maintainablesystem.

  • Act as an escalation point for technical delivery issues and cross-team dependencies.

  • Manage professional services relationships andcontractedworkers

WhatYou'llBring(required)

  • 10+ years of hands-on IT Manager & applicable engineering experience

  • 5+ years of experienceand successfulrecord ofleading and developing engineering teams, including direct people management and performance coaching.

  • ServiceNowplatform(foundational platform,Integrated Risk Management (IRM),customapplications, Software Asset Management (SAMPro), Contract Management (CM))

  • Ability to quickly learnnew technologiesand communicate complex concepts clearly

  • Experience collaborating across large, global organizations with a demonstrated drive for results

  • Experience working in aSAFeAgile environments

  • Proven ability to define and execute technology roadmaps that align with business goals and architectural standards.

  • Experience managing estimations and project budget tracking.

  • Strong teammanagement and organizational skills; ability to lead, motivate, and direct a global, distributed workforce.

  • Abilityto influence across all levels of the organization

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, information systems, or equivalent experience

Preferred:

  • Experience withREST APIapplication integrationsand diverse application portfolios

  • Experience withAI/ML, predictive analytics, and building production-grade, scalable solutions

  • Exposure toRobot RPA automation (such asblue prism&power automate)

  • Experience managing professional services partners and statement of work invoicing

  • SAFeAgile certifications
