We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance tester to join our dynamic and innovative team in Montreal. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the evolution of our electronic trading offerings. In this role, you will communicate and interact frequently with RBC partners and/or employees located across Canada and/or worldwide.

What will you do?

  • Work closely with the development and other stakeholders to lead End to End Testing for eTrading and Pricing program with the Rates desks located across US, Canada, UK and AsiaPac

  • Drive business forward with strategic changes in the eTrading ecosystem leveraging automation

  • Drive cross platform collaboration within the QTS/TES organization to improve QA testing standards leveraging existing

  • Proactively identify operational risks/control deficiencies in the business

  • In this role, you will communicate and interact frequently with RBC partners and/or employees located across Canada and/or worldwide

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • Technical Diploma and 4+ years of Quality Analyst experience with proficiency in QA processes, test deliverables, defining test plans

  • Solid experience writing complex E2E test scenarios for use cases/business requirements

  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills

  • Excellent documentation skills

  • Proficiency with Windows, MS Office, Collaborate, JIRA

Nice-to-have
