Job description

Lead Python Full Stack Engineer
Location: Charlotte, NC ( inperson interview needed)

Position type: W2 contract

Role Overview

Lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native full-stack applications using Python and modern frontend frameworks within the AWS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect end-to-end solutions using Python (FastAPI/Django) and React/Angular

  • Design and deploy applications on AWS, EKS, ECS, Lambda

  • Build microservices exposed via API Gateway

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)

  • Ensure secure coding aligned with banking compliance standards

  • Mentor teams and lead agile delivery

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience

  • Strong Python + frontend expertise

  • Deep AWS experience (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway)

  • Microservices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Event-driven architecture (Kafka/MSK)

  • Financial services domain

  • Should able to attend inperson interview.
