Position Overview
We are seeking an innovative Agentic AI Developer with strong expertise in large language models (LLMs), agentic frameworks, and cloud-native AI architectures.
The ideal candidate will design, build, and optimize agentic AI capabilities leveraging AWS Bedrock, modern AI frameworks, and multi-agent orchestration to deliver intelligent, production-ready AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Agentic AI Architecture & Development
  • Design and build agentic AI solutions using advanced reasoning frameworks and large language models.
  • Develop serverless agentic product architectures on AWS leveraging Bedrock services such as:
    • AgentCore Memory
    • Gateway
    • Identity
    • Interpreter
    • Observability
    • Runtime
Multi-Agent Systems & Integration
  • Implement and manage A2A/MCP servers on AWS and integrate with Bedrock Agents and Converse APIs.
  • Orchestrate multi-agent workflows using Strands Agents and deploy solutions to EKS or AWS Lambda.
  • Implement observability using CloudWatch metrics, spans, and traces for monitoring and auditing.
Generative AI & LLM Development
  • Fine-tune and evaluate large language models.
  • Develop prompt engineering strategies and evaluation frameworks.
  • Build AI systems leveraging:
    • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
    • Agentic workflows
    • Structured and unstructured data training pipelines.
Collaboration & Innovation
  • Work closely with product managers, data engineers, and UX teams to deliver production-ready AI applications.
  • Contribute to the AI innovation roadmap and align development initiatives with organizational objectives.
  • Drive experimentation and rapid prototyping in fast-paced research and innovation environments.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock AgentCore (Memory, Gateway, Runtime).
  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Experience with vector databases and embedding models for retrieval tasks.
  • Experience integrating systems using API Gateways and Data Connectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in research-driven environments.
