Job Description We are seeking an experienced Application Architect III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across frontend and backend engineering, CI/CD, and automated testing, with a proven ability to design, deliver, and support complex, compliant, and maintainable solutions end to end. Responsibilities: Develop and unit test code to meet defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements. Design, develop, and modify architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while maintaining architectural integrity. Mentor software engineers and coach teams on CI/CD practices and toolchain automation. Lead story refinement, define requirements, and estimate work across the delivery lifecycle. Conduct spikes and proofs of concept to mitigate risk and validate new ideas. Automate manual release activities to improve reliability and speed. Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites, including integration, regression, and performance tests. Deliver complex features and enabling technologies that improve development efficiency. Provide technical thought leadership across multiple software implementations and competencies. Own end-to-end solution design and delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a software engineer with proficiency in multiple frontend and backend languages, including Python, Ansible, Java, and Bash scripting. Deep understanding of data structures and object-oriented programming principles. Experience with relational databases such as Oracle and MySQL, including schema design and query optimization. Knowledge of application development methodologies and infrastructure concepts. Proficiency in executing CI/CD and delivering automated software testing. Working knowledge of JIRA, Remedy, and ServiceNow. Preferred Skills: Experience designing for non-functional requirements, including performance, security, and maintainability.
