The Opportunity

Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience as a Data Analyst in a corporate environment and are now keen to develop your skills further within a growing business that supports your passion for finding meaning within data and is committed to providing advanced analytics and useful insights to its customers.


Your responsibilities

As a Data Analyst at Intouch Insight, youll use your skill and experience to identify, analyze and interpret results and trends to provide insights for our clients. You will plan and create reports/presentations and work with our Customer Success and Sales team to communicate findings to our clients and prospects. You will also be invited to review clients customer experience objectives and work with our internal teams to determine the best way to deliver high quality data (strategy, processes, tools) that meet our clients expectations. Finally, our internal teams including Marketing and Product will be looking for your support on various research projects.


Required Skills and Experience

  • 2 years of relevant experience in a data analysis role, with proven analytical and research skills.
  • Proven history of strict attention to quality and detail.
  • Ability to write, explain and present analysis clearly and concisely to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to generate business-relevant insights from raw data, with or without the usage of AI.
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of statistical principles (ex. correlation, regression, statistical significance, etc.) and experience using BI Tools (especially Tableau) to analyze datasets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. French skills are an asset.
  • Ability to perform data cleansing, wrangling and validation.
  • Foundational skills with AI on generation of insights, presentations and charts.
  • Familiarity with Python (data analysis, Pandas, scikit-learn, JSON) is an asset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in a related field is preferable, but relevant experience in lieu will be considered.
  • Experience in the CX industry and/or Marketing Studies is an asset.
  • Data analysis/science-related certifications are an asset.

Pay range - $60,000-$70,000 per year
