We are seeking an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to support multiple software development initiatives within a fast-paced digital organization. The ideal candidate will serve as the communication bridge between engineering, product, platform, analytics, and leadership teams, ensuring clear visibility into project progress, risks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple applications.

  • Manage and coordinate multiple software development projects and applications simultaneously.
  • Drive alignment across engineering, product, platform, and analytics teams.
  • Gather project updates and communicate status, risks, timelines, and dependencies to stakeholders.
  • Create executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports using PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Track project roadmaps, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
  • Support SDLC and CI/CD processes while ensuring project visibility throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Analyze project data and metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and leadership.
