Position Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Data Analyst to join a strategic growth and analytics team. This role will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business performance, support strategic decision-making, and accelerate organizational growth. 

The ideal candidate will combine advanced analytical capabilities, business acumen, data visualization expertise, and strong communication skills to influence leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Strategy. 

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Data Visualization

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reporting solutions for business stakeholders.
  • Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency and visibility into business performance.
  • Create interactive visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to establish consistent reporting metrics, definitions, and data governance standards.

Business Analysis & Strategic Insights

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify business drivers, growth opportunities, customer trends, and operational improvements.
  • Analyze and integrate data from multiple internal and external sources, including CRM, ERP, sales, marketing, and financial systems.
  • Deliver actionable recommendations that support business growth, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support annual planning, forecasting, and performance evaluation through data-driven insights.
  • Analyze sales performance, marketing effectiveness, customer behavior, and market trends.

Cross-Functional Decision Support

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams to address critical business questions.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear business narratives and executive-level presentations.
  • Partner with data and technology teams to improve access to high-quality, structured, and reliable data.
  • Support enterprise-wide initiatives through analytical consulting and decision support.

Predictive Analytics & Data Science

  • Develop predictive models to forecast sales, customer retention, campaign performance, demand, and regional business outcomes.
  • Apply statistical techniques such as regression analysis, forecasting, clustering, segmentation, and machine learning.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics for business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Establish best practices for model validation, governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, data science, or related analytical roles.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, Statsmodels), and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI (including PowerQuery skills)
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, regression modeling, forecasting, and data visualization.
  • Experience with Snowflake cloud-based data platforms 
  • Ability to translate business problems into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, or Operations teams with data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven track record of delivering business impact through analytics, reporting automation, forecasting, and strategic recommendations.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with machine learning models and predictive analytics frameworks.
  • Experience integrating and analyzing data from CRM platforms (Salesforce) and ERP systems (SAP or similar).
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics, attribution modeling, A/B testing, and campaign performance measurement.
  • Familiarity with geospatial, demographic, or customer segmentation analytics.
  • Understanding of B2B sales analytics, customer lifecycle metrics, retention analysis, and revenue growth modeling.
