Duration: 13 weeks

Pay: $2,422.80/week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts)
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) to join a healthcare facility in Redlands, CA on a 13-week travel assignment. The RN will provide critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions, delivering high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The ideal candidate is experienced in ICU nursing, adaptable, and committed to patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and continuous care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
  • Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, ventilators, and infusion pumps, ensuring timely interventions as needed.
  • Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Assist with emergency procedures such as code responses and advanced airway management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient status, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Adhere to infection control standards, safety protocols, and evidence-based ICU practices.

Qualifications
  • Current and valid RN license in California (or compact eligibility).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of recent ICU nursing experience in an acute care setting.
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); CCRN preferred.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Compassionate and adaptable approach to patient care.
  • COVID-19 vaccine and recent tuberculosis test.
