Description
We are seeking a full time dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. This role involves providing high-quality patient care, managing medical records, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. The Registered Nurse will work closely with patients of all ages, including pediatrics, to deliver effective health coaching and support.
Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor patient health status and vital signs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Participates in the development of the interdisciplinary treatment plan, setting specific goals and interventions, and delineating nursing actions unique to the patients' needs.
  • Uses psychotherapeutic interventions including to assist patients in regaining or improving their previous coping abilities and to prevent further disability.
  • Assists patients and their families to achieve satisfying and productive patterns of living through health education.
  • Uses activities of daily living in a goal directed way to foster adequate self-care and physical and mental well-being of patients.
  • Provides structures and maintains therapeutic environment in collaboration with the patient and other health care providers. Evaluates patient responses to nursing actions to revise the database and interdisciplinary treatment plan.

Requirements
