Position Overview

We are seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to support an in-store vaccination initiative in Wareham, Massachusetts. The selected nurses will administer a variety of vaccines, including Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other routine immunizations, while delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.

This is an onsite, patient-facing role in a dynamic retail healthcare environment. Candidates must have strong clinical and communication skills and be flexible with scheduling and changing patient care needs.
 

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other approved vaccines.
  • Perform patient assessments and ensure safe medication and vaccine administration.
  • Educate patients regarding vaccines, potential side effects, and post-vaccination care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
  • Follow established clinical protocols, safety procedures, and infection prevention standards.
  • Professionally interact with patients, healthcare professionals, caregivers, and team members.
  • Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a strong commitment to quality patient care.
  • Adapt to changing patient volumes and business needs in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive, caring, and team-oriented culture.
  • Support healthy patient outcomes through strong clinical judgment and patient education.
  • Motivate, support, and work collaboratively with team members to achieve program goals.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Active, full, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state or territory where the assignment is being performed.
  • Minimum of 1 year of related nursing experience, including immunization experience and providing quality patient care.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and vaccine administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to administer all required vaccines.
  • Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
