Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health for a contract position in Albuquerque, NM


Responsibilities
•  Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting.   
•  Utilize Homecare Homebase (HCHB) for clinical documentation and care coordination.

Qualifications
•    Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. 
•    Home Health experience preferred. 
•    Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) preferred. 
Important Details
•    Location: Albuquerque, NM 
•    Contract Length: 14 weeks 
•    Start Date: ASAP 
•    Weekly Hour Guarantee: 36 hours 
•    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 
•    Coverage Area: 60-mile radius around Albuquerque, NM 
•    On-Call: Rotating weekday and weekend call 
•    Mileage Reimbursement: Yes, between patient visits
