The Project Consultant is responsible for generating new business, conducting property inspections, educating homeowners on restoration solutions, and guiding customers through the project process from initial contact to project completion. This is a field-based sales role with uncapped earning potential and extensive training provided.
Work Environment
This position requires working in the field, meeting with homeowners, conducting inspections, and managing projects within assigned territories. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and climbing ladders when necessary.
  • Generate leads through networking, canvassing, referrals, and community outreach.
  • Conduct property inspections to identify roofing, siding, and gutter restoration opportunities.
  • Educate homeowners on storm damage, insurance restoration processes, and available solutions.
  • Prepare estimates, scopes of work, and project proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Guide customers through contract execution and project scheduling.
  • Collaborate with internal production and operations teams to ensure successful project completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Represent Aspen Contracting professionally while upholding company values.
