Job description

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations, financial performance, and tenant relations for a portfolio of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, operational expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high occupancy and tenant satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of commercial properties including office, retail, and/or industrial assets
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and ownership
  • Manage financial operations of properties
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and capital improvement projects
  • Oversee vendor contracts and ensure quality and timely service delivery
  • Prepare and manage operating budgets, expense tracking, and financial reporting
  • Monitor rent collections, accounts receivable, and lease compliance
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure assets are maintained to company standards
  • Assist with lease administration, renewals, tenant move-ins/move-outs, and occupancy management
  • Respond to tenant concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards
  • Collaborate with accounting, leasing, and construction teams as needed



Qualifications

  • 3+ years of commercial property management experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of commercial leases, CAM reconciliations, and property operations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field preferred
