As demand continues to grow, the company is seeking a talented Project Manager to lead roofing projects in the New Orleans market and play a key role in its continued success.
About the Position
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of commercial roofing projects from award through closeout. This individual will coordinate field operations, manage project budgets and schedules, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure every project is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
The ideal candidate is an organized, solutions-oriented construction professional with commercial roofing experience and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial roofing projects throughout the New Orleans area
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and production timelines
  • Coordinate with superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
  • Monitor project costs and maximize profitability
  • Review contracts, project specifications, and construction documents
