Job description

Position: Systems Analyst โ€“ CLM

Location: Tualatin, OR

Work Arrangement: On-site Flex

Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 40 hours/week

Duration: 12 Months

Interview: Virtual, 1 Round

Pay: $37.29/hr


Role Overview:

The Systems Analyst will support the day-to-day maintenance, optimization, reporting, and improvement of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform and related business processes. This role will work closely with Legal and business teams to analyze contract data, develop reports and analytics, improve processes, and ensure effective system functionality.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and support the day-to-day functionality of the CLM system.
  • Partner with Legal teams to improve contract processes and system workflows.
  • Develop ad-hoc reports, analytics, and dashboards, including contract cycle-time reporting.
  • Support system configuration, enhancements, implementation, and process optimization.
  • Utilize data and systems knowledge to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support project activities using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and provide strong customer support.


Required / Preferred Skills:

  • Icertis / CLM experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with CLM platforms such as Icertis, Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, Conga, or similar.
  • Experience with Icertis configuration/development is a strong plus.
  • Microsoft C#, SQL, or related technology stack experience preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI and analytics/reporting tools.
  • Strong project management and process optimization experience.
  • Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Experience within a law firm or corporate legal department is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
