Location: Plano, TX -75024

Duration: One Week Contract

Duration- 15th Sept thru 22nd Sept 2016.

What will be shift time - 6.30am to 7pm OR 6.30pm to 7am

Will they get paid for overtime - Yes

The Job Description would include:

Installation and configuration of new Windows systems, knowledge of TCP/IP networking, helped support desktops and servers.

Troubleshoot and repair faulty systems and hardware components

Ability to operate in dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Performed duties in the command center operations that include tracking problems, changes, and service requests until resolution

Perform hardware and software moves, additions and changes. Troubleshoot desktop systems, applications and user profiles.

Performed installations and upgrades of Operating systems.

The base location is 5301 Legacy Dr, Plano TX 75024 but the techs will have to work at Dallas Downtown (one of the hotels)from 19th Sept thru 22nd Sept.

But for the first couple of days i.e. 15th/16th Sept techs will report at Dr Pepper Headquarters,5301 Legacy Dr to understand the environment and other technical stuff.
