TAPP Workforce Solutions is recruiting a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner on behalf of a community health organization serving diverse populations in Scarborough. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive, family-centered primary care to unattached patients, with an emphasis on health promotion, disease prevention, and equitable access to care.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care across the lifespan within NP scope
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
