Location: Nashville, Tennessee

Pay Rate: $ 40  To $ 45 per hour 

Contract: Long-term PRN contract

Schedule: Day shift, 6:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Experience: Registered Nurse experience preferred

About the Role

We are seeking PRN Registered Nurses for a long-term contract opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee. This role supports patient care across assigned units and requires flexibility, reliability, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to meet all facility clearance and orientation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care across assigned units based on facility needs

• Assess patient needs and support safe, quality patient care

• Administer medications and treatments according to nursing standards and provider orders

• Document patient care accurately and follow facility policies and procedures

• Maintain flexibility to work all units and meet PRN scheduling requirements

Requirements

• Current unencumbered Nursing License Required

• Current driver’s license or state identification required

• AHA BLS Provider Certification Required; must be active for at least 1 year upon hire

• TB clearance required through 2-step TB test, QuantiFERON Gold, or chest X-ray within required timeframe

• Must complete orientation, work at least 4 PRN shifts per month, including 1 weekend shift, and submit monthly availability by the 10th

• Must be flexible with scheduling, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and available to work all units

• No special schedules and no vacation days during the first 60 days
