Room Attendant/ Recamarera

Compensation: $22.50โ€“$23.50 per hour

Position Summary

CSG is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and hospitality-driven Room Attendant to join our CSG team in the most prestigious boutique hotel in Napa Valley. CSG is known for providing personalized service, thoughtfully designed accommodations, and memorable guest experiences. As a room attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty, cleanliness, and comfort of our guest rooms and public spaces while ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and public areas to boutique hotel standards.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, polish, and sanitize guest accommodations and common spaces.
  • Change linens, make beds, replenish amenities, towels, and guest supplies.
  • Clean, disinfect, and restock bathrooms with attention to presentation and cleanliness.
  • Inspect rooms to ensure they meet quality and brand standards before guest arrival.
  • Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or lost and found articles promptly to management.
  • Maintain housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and supply areas in a clean and organized manner.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests while providing warm, personalized service.
  • Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of one (1) year of housekeeping experience in a hotel, boutique hotel, luxury hotel, or similar hospitality environment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a guest-first attitude.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping equipment, cleaning chemicals, and safe work practices.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
