Job description

Rinvio is hiring a Mission Critical QA/QC Engineer / Manager to support quality inspections, deficiency tracking, testing documentation, commissioning readiness, and turnover on MEP-heavy data center and critical infrastructure construction work. Candidates may be based anywhere in the United States if they can travel to project sites.


Pay: $200,000-$240,000/year, based on experience

Location: Nationwide / Traveling; candidates may be based anywhere in the U.S.

Schedule: Full-time travel-based mission-critical construction role; schedule based on project needs

Type: Contract


Responsibilities:

- Perform inspections on MEP installations, terminations, and system integration work

- Verify compliance with drawings, specifications, commissioning requirements, and project quality standards

- Manage deficiency tracking, punch lists, corrective actions, and closeout documentation

- Review test reports including megger testing, torque reports, functional testing, and related quality records

- Coordinate with field teams, commissioning teams, project leadership, and trade partners to ensure systems are ready for commissioning and turnover

- Support safe, organized, and professional QA/QC execution in mission-critical construction environments


Requirements:

- QA/QC, MEP construction, electrical, mechanical, commissioning, or mission-critical construction experience

- Experience inspecting installations, tracking deficiencies, and supporting corrective actions

- Familiarity with test reports such as megger, torque, functional testing, and commissioning documentation

- Ability to read drawings, specifications, and project quality requirements

- Strong documentation, communication, and follow-through skills

- Mission-critical, data center, commercial MEP, electrical, mechanical, or critical infrastructure experience preferred

- Ability to travel to project sites and complete any onboarding requirements
