Responsibilities
  • Work with senior developers to create internal and client-facing solutions within Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Pages and Power Apps
  • Perform needs assessments to identify application and visualization requirements
  • Design data storage solutions in SharePoint lists, Microsoft Dataverse, and SQL
  • Develop user acceptance testing and documentation
  • Maintain and support applications according to changing business/mission requirements
  • Work on consulting projects for government and commercial clients
  • Participate in testing, supporting and deploying tools and preparing technical documentation

Required Skills & Required Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, GIS or other relevant geospatial or data science related field with 0-3 years of professional experience.
  • Desire to grow as a developer using Microsoft Power Platform products
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, verbal and written communication, design development, and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently using strong organizational skills and operate effectively in team settings using an agile software development approach.
  • An understanding of GIS is beneficial but not required.
  • Be a U.S. citizen capable of passing a federal background investigation to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Salary Range
The projected range for this position is $62,000-$80,000 annually in our Fairfax, VA office. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
