Position Title: Power Platform Developer
Location: Remote
Clearance Requirements: Top Secret (Eligible for SCI)
Pay Rate: $50 - $60/hr W2
Position Description:
Join a dynamic team as a Power Platform Developer supporting federal government projects. This contract role offers an exciting opportunity to design, build, and optimize solutions using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online. As a key player, you'll collaborate with government stakeholders to analyze business needs, gather requirements, and deliver scalable, compliant solutions that drive mission success. You will translate functional specifications into technical designs, develop dashboards and applications, integrate workflows with external systems, and oversee testing and deployment. Your expertise will ensure data integrity, usability, and performance, supporting federal objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, report/dashboard development, custom Power Apps and SharePoint solutions, workflow automation, and rigorous testing. You will operate independently, resolving issues and optimizing systems while maintaining compliance with government standards and security protocols.
Top Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Power Platform development and administration (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • Active Top Secret security clearance (must be eligible for SCI)
  • Proficiency with Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, data modeling, custom visualizations, SharePoint Online, and performance optimization
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from an accredited US university
