Job description

The Powder Coater will be responsible for preparing and coating a variety of products including automotive parts, metal furniture, industrial equipment, and consumer goods. This role involves operating manual powder coating system as a conveyor line delivers the prepared parts, or on indivual units staged with forklifts. No previous experince is required. All training is all paid, in house. 

Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces for coating to ensure proper application
  • Apply powder coating using manual systems
  • Perform maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed
  • Stay consistent with training to reach correct powder requiremnts

Preferred Qualifications

  • No prior experience required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to collaborate well within a team
