The UPS Store is the nations' leading franchisor of shipping, mailbox and printing services. We’re looking for a Sales Associate who genuinely enjoys helping people, solving problems, and making every customer interaction a positive one.

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Computer-proficient (Microsoft Office, shipping software, printing software).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Weekend availability required. (Saturdays only, rotating weekends)

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
  • Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, faxing, and mailbox services.
  • Operate office equipment such as copiers, printers, laminators, binding machines, and POS systems.
  • Accurately process shipments, print jobs, and retail sales.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe store environment.
  • Support business customers with their professional service needs.
  • Learn and promote all store products and services.
  • Perform daily closing duties including cash and credit reconciliation.
