Dataflow Sustainment Engineer 2 – Help Desk (Shift work) (Pipeline) Ft. Provides life-cycle support/sustainment for analytic systems in accordance with requirements. Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Cross Domain Solutions (CDS). This support can include: escalated Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, as well as crisis support; Help Desk support; Mission Assurance Support; Operations and Maintenance of Analytic services and capabilities; Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) requirements; end of life decommissioning; Call-in support to Extended Enterprises, including Second and Third Parties; and coordination with Development, Deployment, and Software distribution. This position is designated as emergency personnel and is authorized to work during Government closures. All shifts needed for this position (Day, Night, and Special shifts). Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph). Capabilities * Triage, isolate, and correct routine/mildly complex issues as they arise. * Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 support. * Help maintain support for a 24/7/365 Help Desk. * Maintain a daily report (e.g., Shift Log) as defined by requirements that includes, at a minimum, Shift Position, Operational Incident worked, issues encountered, the status of all requests, corrective action, feedback, and special pass-down notes. * Provide situational reports and statistics as well as problem discrepancy reports in accordance with the CDRL. * Impart real-time changes and utilize online feedback to customers, as well as have the problem brought to the attention of site personnel. Required Qualifications * TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly * Nine (9) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government is required. * Bachelor's degree in a technical, math or business discipline from an accredited college or university may be substituted for four (4) years of experience.
