Role Description

The Video Podcast Producer is a part-time, on-site role based in Los Angeles, CA. This role involves planning and producing video podcast episodes from concept to final delivery, including pre-production coordination, script and outline development, and scheduling hosts and guests. The Video Podcast Producer will operate studio equipment, manage recording sessions, oversee video and audio capture, and collaborate with editors to ensure high-quality post-production. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing production timelines, coordinating with clients and internal teams, maintaining studio standards, and ensuring each show adheres to brand and platform guidelines. The role also includes contributing to content strategy, optimizing episodes for distribution, and supporting the growth of shows within The Pod Place network.
