• Proficiency in developing complex control algorithms and applying control system theory
• Experience in HMI design and development (Ignition, WinCC, Wonderware or similar)
• Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, CANBUS, OPC UA, etc.)
• Ability to translate functional requirements into control system architecture and scalable solutions
• Experience designing system, loop, block, and network diagrams
• Experience generating technical documentation, drawings, and operation manuals
• Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of PLC-based control systems
• Experience working with formal software change control, versioning, and revision management
• Knowledge of modular programming practices, source code management, and QC/testing methodologies
