Assessment Stages

The selection pipeline consists of three stages:

  • Online Application & Screening โ€“ initial review of qualifications, flight hours, certificates, and background.
  • Aptitude & Psychometric Testing โ€“ computer-based tests measuring cognitive ability, multi-tasking, spatial awareness, and personality traits.
  • Simulator Assessment โ€“ fixed-base or full-motion simulator session evaluating handโ€‘flying, instrument skills, and multitasking coordination, followed by a competencyโ€‘based interview with senior pilots and HR.
