PAY RATE: $129,000-160,000/year

Summary: 

  • Administers cradle-to-grave federal government prime contracts and subcontracts for cost-reimbursable, time and materials, and firm-fixed-price contract types.

  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of government contracting policies including FAR and DFARS regulations.

  • Assesses and determines appropriate terms and conditions including customer flow-down provisions for negotiation positions.

  • Prepares and disseminates contract status information to internal stakeholders including program managers.

  • Supports subcontract sourcing, proposal evaluation, negotiation, award, execution, and administration for federal programs.

  • Supports bid and proposal preparation, leading review and analysis of solicitations and request for proposals.

  • Prepares, reviews, and negotiates non-disclosure and teaming agreements for contract compliance.

  • Maintains internal contractual records, databases, and documentation for established and in-progress contracts.

  • Analyzes subcontractor financial reports and technical documents for compliance with contractual obligations and schedule.

  • Ensures compliance with U.S. Government Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) requirements and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is required.

  • 4-9 years of federal contract administration experience is preferred.

  • Experience with FAR and DFARS regulations for government contracting is required.

  • Experience with cost-reimbursable, time and materials, and firm-fixed-price contract types is required.

  • Understanding of U.S. Government Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) processes is preferred.

  • Experience managing subcontracts from sourcing to closeout including negotiation and administration is required.

  • Experience preparing, reviewing, and negotiating non-disclosure and teaming agreements is required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) is required.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance is required.
