Job description

Job Summary:
Suncap Technology is looking for an experienced Oracle Apex Developer for a contract position. The role involves hands-on development using the Oracle APEX platform, creating custom applications and reports, and providing support to functional teams and clients on Oracle APEX capabilities.
Responsibilities:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle APEX platform for rapid custom application development including custom reports, forms, approval workflows, etc.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with PL/SQL and SQL for custom code and package development.
• Experience with Oracle APEX Data Security, Data Modeling, and Web Security is expected.
• Familiarity and experience in elegant web design, HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS within Oracle APEX is a plus.
• Provide SME support to functional team and clients on Oracle APEX capabilities and possibilities during ongoing design and Oracle APEX technical feasibility discussions.
• Create technical designs documents for APEX related objects.
• Confirm the completeness and consistency of the design deliverables; resolve any inconsistencies discovered.
• Participate in quality reviews to ensure traceability of the designs to the requirements.
• Strong communication skills, written and oral.
• Ability to identify, triage, and resolve errors and defects independently and/or collaborating with functional team to resolve those issues.
• Ability to clearly report issues and communicate dependencies.

• Hands on experience with Oracle APEX 21.x or higher is preferred.
