Job Summary:
Performs repetitive and standardized assembly operations using assembly machines.
Essential Functions of Job:
  • Performs repetitive and standardized assembly operations using assembly machines.
  • Checks quality of parts visually and by the use of calipers as required by work order.
  • Records production time and parts produced on appropriate production card.
  • Reports any problems to the Assembly lead.

Job Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must pass Basic Skills Test as required by ISO
  • Good dexterity to quickly handle small parts
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is required
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs on regular basis
  • Ability to remain in sitting position more than 95% of working hours.

WORKING HOURS:
Standard Hours: 7:00am - 3:30pm M-F
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation as you will frequently and repetitively be required to bend, twist, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform work, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk and hear. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk and/or sit and reach with hands and arms. May occasionally climb stairs, drive vehicles, and operate equipment. Lift or carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Must wear required hearing and/or eye protection.
