What You Will Do:
  • Process routine and complex transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively
  • Follow procedures independently to meet service and quality goals
  • Learn and support financial products, software, and systems
  • Follow company policies and regulatory requirements
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
  • Must have 1+ year of Microsoft Suite experience
