INTERVIEW PROCESS

1st Round: Teams Interview

2nd Round: In-Person Face-to-Face Interview

ROLE OVERVIEW

Seeking a hands-on Network Engineer to support, deploy, and optimize enterprise LAN/WAN, Wireless, and SD-WAN infrastructure across corporate environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills and experience with Cisco Meraki, Cisco Catalyst, Zscaler, and enterprise network environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead network deployments, new builds, and expansion projects

• Manage complete network equipment lifecycle — procurement through decommissioning

• Configure and support LAN/WAN, Wireless & SD-WAN environments

• Work with Cisco Meraki & Cisco Catalyst technologies

• Support regional site rollouts and network integrations

• Configure and maintain Zscaler ZIA/ZPA

• Troubleshoot complex network issues across the OSI model

• Work with ISPs and internal teams to resolve connectivity issues

• Support network security, patch compliance, and infrastructure hardening

• Follow Change Management / CAB processes

• Create documentation, runbooks, and rollout checklists

• Contribute to network automation and process improvements

️ REQUIRED SKILLS

• 2–4 years of network engineering/support experience

• Cisco Meraki – Preferred

• Cisco Catalyst experience

• ThousandEyes – Preferred/Familiarity

• Strong TCP/IP & OSI Model knowledge

• Understanding of IEEE 802 standards

• Enterprise multi-vendor network troubleshooting

• IPsec fundamentals: IKEv2, PSKs, tunnel monitoring & failover

• LAN/WAN, Wireless & SD-WAN knowledge

• Experience with repeatable multi-site network deployments

• Strong understanding of network design principles

• Zscaler ZIA/ZPA experience

• Microsoft Office, Visio & Excel

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Flexible schedule
