Job Title: Data Entry Clerk
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk who thrives in a structured and accuracy-driven environment. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter contract and billing information into Word and Excel templates.
  • Review source documents to confirm billing terms, rates, and effective dates prior to data entry.
  • Verify entered data against original documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain organized electronic files and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Support compliance tracking by ensuring all records are up to date, complete, and easily accessible.
  • Identify and flag discrepancies or missing information for resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate data processing.

Essential Skills
  • Proficiency in compliance, banking, data entry, quality assurance, invoicing, audit, regulatory compliance, contract review, and clerical tasks.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and maintain confidentiality.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ months of experience in data entry, compliance, or billing support.

Work Environment
Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, in a cubicle setting. There is potential for a hybrid schedule with remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and in-office work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Equipment will be provided.

This is a Contract position based out of Lexington, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
