Job description

Contract Dietitian At Aspire365

Aspire365 is seeking a Registered Dietician to work as part of our multidisciplinary treatment team. This is a contracted/ hourly position where services are delivered to the client through in-home telemedicine visits.
Aspire365 has a specific mission—to deliver the highest quality evidence-based care to anyone suffering with a substance use and mental health disorders. This is accomplished by changing the way treatment is delivered. An intensive evidence-based chronic program to treat mental health and substance abuse.
In this role, you will interact with the multidisciplinary treatment team and clients by providing evidence-based nutrition approaches. You will engage with clients to provide valuable resources and support. This essential role, and the valuable work you provide, will allow clients to receive effective health care and support their overall wellbeing.


Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Completes nutritional assessments for high-risk clients develop individualized goals for patients that need dietary intervention
  • Provides therapeutic interventions for high-risk individuals with medical conditions/ mental health conditions as determined by the interdisciplinary treatment team.
  • Clinical Dietary Planning: High risk population
  • Maintain a caseload of health coaching and life coaching clients
  • Development of Educational Materials and Facilitate groups: Create professional resources, such as handouts and clinical guides, tailored to educating patients on managing specific medical conditions through diet.

Qualifications

  • Registered Dietitian status with the Member of American Dietetic Association
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from an accredited program
  • Minimum one year experience in clinical dietetics and eating disorders
  • Familiarity with medical nutrition therapy (MNT) for chronic conditions such as diabetes, obesity, and metabolic syndrome

Requirements

  • Good communication and analytical skills and ability to work with professional personnel
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and nutrition tracking software
  • Ability to educate and motivate patients/clients of diverse backgrounds in adopting sustainable dietary changes
  • Experience working with low carb and Keto diets preferred
  • Training/experience in Functional medicine preferred
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and nutrition tracking software
  • Knowledge of food sensitivities, elimination diets, and gut health protocols



Compensation: Per session $30
