Nurse Practitioner Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Primary care office, home visits, Assisted Living facility visits.
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide patient education on health management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions across various specialties including internal medicine, geriatrics, and urgent care.
Skills
The successful candidate will possess a combination of the following skills:
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Tebra.

- Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-9 & ICD-10), CPT coding
- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations and manage complex patient cases including those requiring telehealth services or home care support.
