Your Day as a Registered Nurse (RN) PRN

As a new PRN Registered Nurse (RN) at The Oaks Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, you can expect a dynamic and collaborative work environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, administering medications, and developing individualized care plans in partnership with our multidisciplinary team. You will monitor vital signs and provide compassionate support to patients and their families, ensuring a safe and healing environment. Communication is key, so expect to engage with residents, their loved ones, and fellow healthcare professionals to share updates and coordinate care. Your schedule will be flexible, with shifts available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., allowing you to choose the hours that best fit your lifestyle while effectively contributing to our patient care objectives.
