PRIDE Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN Home Health for a local contract nursing job in Indianapolis, Indiana.

                         Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health
Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health to support one of our healthcare clients in Indianapolis, IN. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Home Health RN looking for a weekday schedule, competitive pay, and mileage reimbursement between patient visits.


Responsibilities
•    Complete OASIS Start of Care (SOC), Recertification, and Discharge assessments.
•    Provide skilled nursing care, including medication management and wound care.
•    Accurately document patient care using Homecare Homebase (HCHB).


Qualifications
•    Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
•    Recent Home Health nursing experience required.
•    Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) required.
•    Strong communication skills with a positive, patient-focused attitude.


Important Details
•    Employment Type: 14-week contract
•    Location: Indianapolis, IN
•    Start Date: ASAP
•    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
•    On-Call/Weekend Requirement: None
•    Pay Range: $53.00–$57.00 per hour (based on experience)
